From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should it be vacated on departure day?

Rooms are available starting at 2.30 p.m. On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. However, luggage storage is available for guests arriving before or intending to leave Florence later.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast might be included depending of your rate choice.

However Breakfast  can be added, up on arrival for the whole stay as well as for specific dates only .

The cost is 6€ per person per day, and include the following:

  • 1 hot drink ( Milk, Coffe, Cappuccino etc.. )
  • 1 cold drink ( Fresh orange juice, water etc.. )
  • 1 sweet ( Croissant, pan o Chocolat etc.. )
  • 1 savory  ( Florentian Schiacciata, Savory croissant etc.. )

Does the Hotel have a Bar?

No, at the moment My guest in Florence offers rooms service and frigobar in every room.  A brend new lounge bar soon to come in our exclusive terrace. 

Does the Hotel have a Concierge service?

The Concierge service is available to help you plan your stay and make it more comfortable: general information, bookings for museums, restaurants, theatres, car rental with or without a driver, bicycle hire and many other services can be arranged at client’s request. Is there a safe in the rooms?

 All rooms have an electronic safe installed which is safeguarded by a numerical code.

Does the Hotel have a laundry service?

A laundry and dry cleaning service is available from Monday to Saturday (holidays excluded). Clothing delivered by 09.30 a.m. are returned after 6 p.m. on the same day. A four-hour fast service is also provided, where clothes can be called for by 9.30 a.m. Ironing service is not available.

Does the Hotel feature an internet connection?

The Hotel has a Free wi-fi connection throughout the hotel. Internet usage is not- charged. For further information visit our Free Internet section in the Services menu.

Does the Hotel have a parking lot?

The Hotel has an agreement with a garage offering a car collection and return service.
The garage is open on thrugh monday to thursady and Sunday from 07:30 alle 20:00  and from Friday and  Saturday from 7.30 to 22.20.
The cost is 30 € per day.
On the day of departure, the car may be left in the garage until 7 p.m. without any additional cost.

Can I reach the hotel by car?

You can arrive by car directly in front of the hotel. Our staff will take care of whitelisting your car. In case you opted for parking valet service the parking will take car of your car. 

Should I register my licence plate beforehand or only when I arrive?

The licence plate will be registered by our staff/garage upon arrival at the hotel.

Where is the nearest railway station?

The nearest railway station is the main station of Santa Maria Novella (SMN) which is about 10 minutes walk, 5 minutes by taxi.

Where is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is the Amerigo Vespucci at Peretola. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to reach our hotel.

Are there any smoking rooms?

The hotel public areas are all no smoking, as provided by European regulations.
